The company that manages this property for the homeowner is outstanding. Not only was the staff extremely friendly, but very thorough. Their communication was excellent from the time we inquired to the moment we left. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed during our stay. It has been completely remodeled and is just lovely. It is very open and the windows throughout provide fantastic views of Kiawah. We had such a wonderful time. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Our family was in Kiawah for a family wedding, and we were thrilled with this Villa. We had family staying at the Sanctuary that came over to visit and all of them said “we should have stayed here!”. Lots of room, great view of the 17th tee, easy walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to the Sanctuary. Decor/design was top notch, and the entire villa was impeccably clean. To top it off, really great customer service from Lindsey at ESPM. Couldn’t have gone better, and we would not hesitate to come back, and highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Kiawah.

This villa was exactly as represented and the management company was attentive and so easy to work with. Great location! We loved sitting on the porch watching the golfers play through. The decor is really inviting, beachy chic. We rent on Kiawah frequently and will definitely return to this property. This time we came for a wedding and the proximity to the Sanctuary and other wedding venues was excellent.
