This house is perfect and we had a tremendous stay with our family, now for the second year in a row. From relaxing in the pool after a long day at the beach to a family dinner on the peaceful patio, it is truly a special place to spend time with family and friends. The location is also ideal. You are close to great beach access, all golf, including the Ocean Course and no more than a 5min ride over to the main Nest/Camp/Pool areas. The house interior is decorated great and the spacious living, dining kitchen area (plus a great little sitting room right off it) is great for entertaining small and large groups. We love it here and can’t wait to return! Again and again! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay with ESPM. Maddie & her team went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure our stay was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone coming to the Kiawah area. The home was spacious, with nice furniture, new appliances and room for us to enjoy each others company.

350 Governor’s Drive
Our stay at 350 Governor’s Drive was relaxing and enjoyable. The home is spacious, expressive and well equipped with everything you need. The house and location are filled with stunning beauty. We enjoyed the nearby beaches and highly recommend sunrise walks. The house has great access to the trails for biking and walking. There were many local restaurants to choose from during our stay – although we often just enjoyed cooking/grilling within the magnificent kitchen or outside patio. We enjoyed sitting by the pool to have coffee in the morning or reading in the afternoon. We recommend this property and would return for a future vacation. It was a pleasant experience working with ESPM. Thank you.

My family just got back from Kiawah and it was one of our most memorable vacations. Working with ESPM was seamless from start to finish. The house we stayed at was as advertised and had everything we needed. Bikes were already there when we got there and the pool company came and heated the pool early the following morning.
This home is located on a quiet but friendly street on the Island. Beach, Golf Courses and Bikes were all very close. We absolutely look forward to returning to Kiawah again soon.

117 Halona Lane
We have rented a lot of homes on Kiawah Island, and 117 Halona Lane is by far my favorite. It is very centrally located. The four bedrooms are decorated beautifully, all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with
and generous sized closets. The view is absolutely incredible from the kitchen/dining/family room, and three of the four bedrooms have water views. There is not one negative thing I could say about this rental.
